My sincere thanks to all 145 pmUA and pmCO who were able to attend Thursday’s JNC DEN Roadshow!Many were also there in spirit and could not attend. Please remember we have 3 more DEN Council meetings – August 2nd, 5th, and 8th – as well as DAILY staffed info table in DENSW. Thanks to all who are seeking info to make a fully informed vote.
Also, please recognize that each of you/us has our own respective “circle of influence” with personal FA friends and acquaintances… those who know you and respect YOUR information. They may not come to a meeting or trust what an AFA officer/rep says (disappointing but a reality I recognize) or think they are going to be brow-beat to vote yes (I/we don’t do that)… but your friends and acquaintances WILL listen to you.
HAVE THOSE CONVERSATIONS. REACH OUT TO THOSE FRIENDS. BRING THEM TO A MEETING AT THE VERY LEAST.
Help us get accurate info out. Then it will be up to those to either be open or not to listening. That’s what EACH OF US can AND NEED to do – to help correct the rampant misinformation and/or misunderstanding.

This Tentative Agreement is unlike any other in our careers. There will be new terms and concepts for everyone. It is imperative that we make an informed decision based on correct information. Our collective future depends on it. Attend an Information Session and/or contact your Local Council. Ask your questions and get them answered.
