Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in Wheat Ridge, off I-70 and Kipling and located right next to Prospect Park. We have a large backyard with a great deck, a hot tub and grill. Laundry room, fireplace and large sunroom we use as a dining room. Tons of storage in a crawl space. Plenty of street parking.
